Central Pennsylvania native Joel Stover has been working in the local music scene since his teen years.  Numerous bands and recording projects have kept him busy honing his craft for all of his adult life. Joel likes good songs from all styles of music. Country, blues, rock and roll, gospel, doesn't matter, it's all about the song. An accomplished singer, songwriter, guitarist and bassist, Joel has shared the stage and opened for Dwight Yocum, Clint Black and Emerson Drive. In 2005 Joel went to Nashville to record his debut CD Upside Down World at Legends Studio working with Producer D. Scott Miller and Multiple Award winning Engineer/Producer Dan Frizsell. According to ASCAP Joel’s original song One More Time was streamed 56,000 times in 2023.  In 1983 Joel toured Europe with the American Music Abroad Jazz Band playing lead guitar. Joel spends his time writing and producing original music in his home studio for himself and others. Joel is the founder and CEO of Rockin Rooster Music Publishing.  Joel is available for solo acoustic shows, three piece acoustic shows with Rapid Run, and with Vinyl Noize a Blues/Classic Rock project.
